RGB Technology displays for weighing scales are designed to operate with weighing terminals using ASCII communication protocols. The opto-isolated display communication interface is compatible with RS-232 as well as with RS422 and RS485 serial interfaces,and also with CL 0/20mA current loop. As an additional option, the Ethernet interface is available. The displays can also communicate through a radioline wireless system. Their solid housing made of polycarbonate and steel and a high degree of protection ensure reliable operation of our devices in industrial conditions. The displays have a function of blanking unnecessary zeros, and they handle special messages: an overload, a weight measurement error, etc.. It is also possible to display advertising text.

The LED display "We work x days without an accident" is designed as the equipment of an industrial hall. The resistance to adverse weather conditions allows using the scoreboard also outdoors.


FUNCTIONALITY

The scoreboard can include from one to five counters. Each counter can work in one of the following modes:

1. Automatic counting of consecutive days mode

The display works as a clock, adding the value +1 every 24 hours. In this way, consecutive passing days are counted. This counter can be reset (enter "0") using the push button mounted, for example, on the wall under the board. There is also an option of entering the initial value using the coded remote control (for example 120) - this option is necessary in case of purchasing the counter to the already working plant or in the event of an involuntary reset by the push button.

In the event of a momentary power failure, the clock still counts, and its current value is maintained.

2. Constant value display mode

The device displays the constant value entered by the Health and Safety at Work officer until it is amended. The modification of the values is carried out by a coded remote control.

In the event of a momentary power failure, the entered value is maintained.


INDIVIDUAL LOOK OF THE SCOREBOARD

Scoreboards in the standard price can be given an individual look. You can send your graphic design containing your logo, descriptions and designations. This graphic will be placed on the front of the scoreboard.
The project should include rectangular holes for the LED counters.

The frame around the scoreboard is made of aluminium which is powder coated in black.

CODED REMOTE CONTROL

To control the scoreboard, an infrared remote control is used. Each copy of the remote control has a unique code, so there is no possibility of unauthorised changes by unauthorised individuals. Along with the scoreboard, one remote control assigned to this scoreboard is supplied. One remote control can support up to five counters.  You can buy more remote control units and program them to operate the scoreboard by yourself.

PUSH BUTTON

Optionally, the scoreboard can be equipped with a push button used for resetting the counted days. The button is connected to the scoreboard by a cable. The design of the button provides the tightness of class IP67, which enables placing it also in the areas subject to splashing liquid or dust. It is also possible to mount the button outdoors.

AUTOMATIC BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT

All scoreboards have light sensors so that the intensity of digit luminescence could adjust to the brightness of the environment. This functionality ensures full readability in direct sunlight as well as eliminates the possibility of dazzling the observers with too strong light. With the automatic adjustment, manual operation when setting brightness is not needed.

In addition to the automatic adjustment, there is the possibility to block the brightness on the fixed level selected by the user.

Wyświetlacz diodowy LED "Pracujemy x dni bez wypadku" stanowi wypełnienie hali produkcyjnej. Urządzenie wymaga doposażenia w wyklejane lub nadrukowane napisy "Pracujemy dni bez wypadku:". Licznik stanowi jedynie część zmienną całej treści. Zestaw składa się z wyświetlacza oraz klawiatury komputerowej PS/2. Podłączanie i odłączanie klawiatury od wyświetlacza można przeprowadzać przy włączonym zasilaniu. Przewód klawiatury można przedłużać standardowym przedłużaczem PS/2.

Upływające dni urządzenie zlicza samoczynnie. Po zaistnieniu wypadku bądź innego incydentu, licznik dni można wyzerować przyciskiem zbijakowym lub radiowym pilotem zdalnego sterowania. Ponadto istnieje możliwość wprowadzenia korekty do prezentowanej na wyświetlaczu wartości (korekta błędu obsługi). Wyświetlacz obsługuje także dodatkowy tryb pracy, w którym przez kilka dni wyświetla tą samą wartość licznika (nie zlicza upływających dni).

The clocks made in the Prestige Line technology are compact devices of high configuration capacity. The intuitive user's menu allows you to fully customise the type of the displayed information. The devices have non-volatile memory, which stores the entered settings. The set consists of a clock, mounting hardware, a remote control or a LAN communication module. The clock may be optionally equipped with a satellite time synchronisation module, a temperature probe, an industrial acoustic signalling device.


The clock enables:

  • adjusting the time of displaying parameters,
  • adjusting the date format,
  • automatic brightness control,
  • fixed time display blanking,
  • automatic satellite time synchronisation (option),
  • automatic NTP time synchronisation (option),
  • automatic time change from the standard time to the daylight saving time and from the daylight saving time to the standard time,

Time synchronisation

Time in the clocks can be set manually by the user or using the function of automatic time synchronisation – available in two options:

  1. GPS satellite time synchronisation

Although the GPS has been created for positioning (i.e. defining the location), it can also be used for other purposes. In the received GPS signal, there is embedded information about the current time and date. This time is very accurate because it is determined according to atomic standards. It may be slow or fast by just one millionth of a second per month. For the proper operation, it is required to place the receiver in the location providing the "visibility" of the sky.

The advantages of the GPS synchronisation:

  • provides precise time synchronisation from the GPS satellites based on atomic standards,
  • does not require any configuration,
  • does not require the Internet connection,
  • operates in every location on the Earth,
  • a LED signalling proper signal reception is embedded in the receiver.

To take advantage of the satellite time synchronisation, you should equip the clock with the optional GPS Receiver..

  1. NTP time server client

NTP (Network Time Protocol) – is a communication protocol supporting precise, stable and safe synchronisation of clocks with any time server through the computer network. A great advantage of this solution is the possibility of simultaneous synchronisation of many devices. The synchronisation may be executed:

  • from your own local time server – the Internet access is not required
  • from a public remote time server – the Internet access is required

Every clock can be configured as a local NTP time server – as described below.

The advantages of the NTP synchronisation:

  • provides precise time synchronisation with NTP servers
  • possibility of simultaneous synchronisation of many clocks from the same server
  • operating five different time servers (1 primary and 4 alternative) provides reliable synchronisation
  • changing the time server from the primary to an alternative one is carried out automatically when a failure is detected.

The NTP time synchronisation is carried out via the Ethernet (the interface is included in the standard equipment of every clock).

Function of a local NTP time server

Every clock of the ZA/ZB series may be a central clock (MASTER) which, in the LAN, will provide the time source for other clocks (Slave). In consequence, it is easy to create a clock system in which the central clock can upload time from different sources, such as: a GPS receiver, a public NTP server or its own internal clock.
Providing synchronised time to all clocks guarantees that everybody uses the same time source. It is extremely important for workplaces, production halls, schools, stations, platforms, etc.

LED electronic price change units (EPCUs) for filling station pylons are modern element of petrol station management. Application of Super-bright Outdoor Long Life LEDs ensure good visibility and legibility in all weather conditions, even in the summer sun exposure. Aluminum mounting adapter

Aluminum frame is designed as a special adapter in which the digit modules, power supply and connection box are properly mounted, thereby forming a set ready for quick and easy installation in the pylon. The adapter is made of high quality powder coated aluminum.

 

Controller

The standard controller is equipped with 2 units of coded radio remote controls which gives quick and easy price changing possibility. The range of remotes in open area is up to 100 meters. The optional controlling methods can be the LAN or Wi-Fi interface. The controller - regardless of the selected options - as a standard has RS485 interface, additionally it's compatible with the most popular communication protocols and forecourt controllers, such as:
